History

The structure started with production discipline and scaled up with branding and digitalization.

2018 – 2020

Foundation and Expansion

It was founded with an engineering-based production vision. In a short time, the operational infrastructure was structured, an export organization was established and 15 countries were reached. The foundations of sustainable growth were laid with the collaborations developed throughout Turkey. This was the phase in which Worimex's production discipline and international orientation took shape.

2021 – 2023

Investment and Scale

Production capacity expanded with mold investments. Engineering and quality systems were strengthened. The DUCA brand was established and product development and brand structuring moved to a strategic framework. The export network reached 27 countries and the production structure was institutionalized with ISO standards. OEM organization grew with reference collaborations. With a mold capacity of more than 400 molds and ongoing exports to more than 30 countries, the operational scale became evident.

2024 - Present

Expansion and Transformation

Product portfolio strategically expanded in the domestic circulation segment. Brand positioning was strengthened and structuring for new markets was initiated. Operational capacity was increased with the transition to a new 10,000 m² production facility in Istanbul. The digital transformation process was accelerated and the foundations of a smart production ecosystem were laid. This period represents a new phase in which Worimex has advanced its production scale and deepened its multi-brand structure.
